        Cooking especially for a guy would be one of the sweetest thing you could do for your loved one. If he/she likes to eat sweet , baking a carrot cupcake would be nice to give. It's quick and easy. You just need to prepare these things:

1. Paper Baking Cups
2. Plastic Bags for piping icings
3.. Cupcake Pans

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
shredded carrots ( optional )

For butter cream frosting:
4 0z butter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
colored candy sprinkles ( optional )

Procedures:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, sift the flour , baking soda, baking powder and sugar.
3. Add the salt, shredded carrots, egg and pour the vegetable oil.
4. Mix all the ingredients.
5. Pour the batter in  baking cups.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Use a wooden toothpick to determine if it is                already cook by inserting it in the center and when it comes out clean then its already done.
7. Remove from the oven.
8. Pan cool for 5 minutes.

For the frosting:



1.Sift the icing sugar.
2.In a bowl, place the butter. Beat until the butter is white using the electric mixer.
3.Gradually add the icing sugar. Beat until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
4. Put in a plastic bag for piping.
5.Sprinkle with colored candies.
